2. What information do we proces and why?

a. Identification information:

We need your basic identification data (first name and surename, in case of business also business name and company ID) and address data listed in the following section so that we can properly close and subsequently meet the agreements that you conclude with us and/or to complete your orders.

b. Address data:

We need your address information (street name and street number, city, postcode, state) so that our company or delivery company can deliver your ordered products to the correct address and also to provide you with a proper tax receipt.

c. Contact data:

We use your contact information (phone number and emails) to send you offer and to inform you about the order status or in case of complications or changes.

If you do not provide us with your identification, address, and contact information, we will not be able to process your orders.

d. Username and password (registration details):

If you register with us on our web, our system keeps the information you to be able to sign in to your account,  that is your username and password. Without this information, we would not be able to sign you in.

e. Number and kind of purchased goods and services (purchase information):

Once you buy products and/or services with us, we will keep also information about your order/job so that we can help you in case of claim. We also use this information for internal statistical purposes so that we can continue to improve our products and services.

f. Cookies:

3. How do we further use your personal information if we have obtained your consent?

a. When you order with us, we will keep your email, so we can send you so-called business messages. These are the emails in which we will inform you about our news or events that we believe can be useful for you. In each email you will be able to cancel these subscriptions.

b. If you have given us permission to do so, we may keep your e-mail for purposes other than those mentioned above. For example, to send you information about our actions and goods that are not related to the goods and/or services you have already bought with us. Also based on your consent, we can keep your name and surename so that we can better deal with you and address you correctly.

You can withdraw any of your above mentioned consents at any time by writing an e-mail to prague@eclipse-print.com and specifying the extent to which you cancel your consent.

 

4. With whom do we share your personal information?

a. The information about your activity on our website is processed by Google, Inc., using the Google Analytics tool, which allows cookies (see above) to measure and evaluate the way we use our website.

The Google Analytics application uses so-called "cookies". These are text files that are stored on your computer and enable analysis of the way you use the website. The information collected through cookies about your use of the website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA, where it is stored.

The storage of cookies by Google for analysis purposes is carried out on the basis of the provisions of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) GDPR regulation. The operator of the website has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior in order to optimize its internet offer and its advertisements.

Google reCAPTCHA - and our website may use the "Google reCAPTCHA" function (hereinafter referred to as "reCAPTCHA"). The provider of the application is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter referred to as "Google").

The reCAPTCHA application checks whether the data entered on our website (e.g. in the contact form) was entered by a person or an automated program. For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor according to various characteristics. This analysis is started automatically the moment the visitor enters the website. For the purpose of this analysis (screening), reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, time spent by the visitor on the website or mouse movements made by the user). The data obtained by the analysis is transmitted to Google.

The analyzes performed by the reCAPTCHA system run entirely in the background. Website visitors are not informed about the ongoing analysis.

Data processing is carried out on the basis of the provisions of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) GDPR regulation. The operator of the website has a legitimate interest in ensuring that its internet offer is protected against misuse by automated robots and against spam.

b. We can pass on your identification, address, and contact information to individuals and companies who deliver our products or companies in the eclipse group that can participate in the production or shipping of our products and proviso of our services. These personal data are communicated only to the extent necessary for the production and/or delivery of your ordered goods and services.

 

5. How long do we keep your personal information?

a. Your purchase information and your identification, address and contact information are kept for an indefinite period or until you withdraw your consent.

b. In addition, the storage of certain documents containing personal data is subject to law requirements. For example, we need to keep tax documents for 10 years. We keep the accounting documents also for 10 years.

 

6. What are your rights in relation to your personal data?

a. The right to request access to your personal data – it means that you can ask us what personal data we keep about you and what happens with it during the time we keep them.

b. Right to correct the data – If your personal information is not up to date or is incorrect, you can request a correction.

c. Right to object – If you believe that we process personal data beyond our legitimate interest, you may object and we have to deal with it.

d. Right to be erased (the so-called right “to be forgotten”) – it means that at your request we have to erase all personal data we record about you. For example if you do not wish to be registered with us. However, there may be another reason that entitles us to store your personal information (e.g. the obligation under the Tax law, etc.) and in that case we cannot do the deletion.

e. Right to limit processing of personal information – in some cases we may keep personal information, but we must not use or process it. These are the following:

1. if you deny the accuracy of the data and we need to verify your message;

2. if your personal information is processed in an unauthorized manner, but you do not wish to delete it and request a restriction of processing instead of deletion;

3. if we no longer need your personal information, but you request that it is retained for your legal claims;

4. If you object to processing, during the period while we verify whether personal data will continue to be processed due to our important interest or whether will not be processed.

f. Right to data transferability – if you ask us to do so we will provide you with your personal information processed on the basis of the agreements we have with you with based on your consent and at the same time we process it in an automated way. We will provide such information in a commonly used, machine-readable format. Alternatively, we may pass this information to an administrator you specify if you agree with it.

g. Right to file a complaint – if you believe that we are in any way violating the rules governing the processing of personal data, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
